- All our prices, unless otherwise agreed in writing, are for goods delivered ex our warehouse in Agnosine, packaging included.
- The commissions, however assumed, are valid except for our application.
- All payments must be made directly to our office.
- The terms of delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing, are to be understood with reasonable tolerance.
- We reserve the right to make those variations in the drawings and materials that we believe are necessary.
- The goods travel at the risk and danger of the buyer.
- All claims must be made by registered letter within 8 days of receipt of goods.
- For any dispute, the only competent court is that of Brescia.
- In case of late payment, the interest on arrears will start on the basis of the current rate with the banking institutions.
